Política de privacidade
This policy explains what personal data is processed when you visit nomadcoding.ai, what it's used for and what rights you have. The site has no forms, user accounts or shop, so we process very little data.

What data we process and why
Visit analytics, only if you accept
If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4, through Google Tag Manager, to learn how many people visit the site, which pages they read, which country they come from and what kind of device they use. Google Analytics stores a random identifier in your browser: we don't know who you are, and we don't combine this data with anything else to identify you.
- Data: the cookie's random identifier, the pages you view, date and time, the page you came from, language, device type, browser and operating system, and an approximate location (country or city) derived from your IP address. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses.
- Legal basis: your consent (article 6.1.a GDPR and article 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI-CE). You can withdraw it anytime from "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page, without affecting what was processed before.
If you reject cookies or don't choose, Google Analytics doesn't set or read any cookie on your device. The Google tag may still send Google cookieless signals without any identifier (for example, that a page was viewed), which Google uses to estimate site usage in aggregate. The legal basis for these signals is our legitimate interest in understanding, without identifying you, how the site is used (article 6.1.f GDPR).
If you email us
If you write to info@thinkbiglabs.io, we use your email address and whatever you tell us to reply.
- Data: your email address, your name if you give it, and the content of your message.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering the messages we receive (article 6.1.f GDPR) and, if you write to us about hiring or buying something, steps you ask us to take before a contract (article 6.1.b).
Technical data needed to show you the site
When you open any page, your browser connects to the servers that deliver it and sends technical data such as your IP address, your browser and the page you request. Without it we couldn't show you the site or protect it from abuse.
- Hosting: the site is served from Amazon Web Services (Amazon CloudFront and Amazon S3), which processes this data on our behalf.
- Typeface: the Inter font is downloaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address. Google Fonts sets no cookies.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a site that works and is secure (article 6.1.f GDPR).
Affiliate links and external links
Clicking an affiliate link doesn't give us any personal data. If you buy through it, the affiliate programme only reports sales and commissions to us in aggregate, with nothing that identifies you. The shop or service you land on processes your data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy, and may set its own cookies (the cookie policy explains this).
Links to TikTok, Discord, Google Maps and other sites are just links: there are no social buttons, embedded videos or maps loading anything from those platforms while you browse nomadcoding.ai.
How long we keep data
- Analytics: Google Analytics cookies expire after 2 years, unless you delete them first or withdraw your consent (then we delete them). Visit data is kept in Google Analytics for the configured retention period, 14 months at most. Aggregated reports, which identify nobody, may be kept longer.
- Emails: as long as needed to deal with your message and, after that, only for the periods in which legal claims can be made.
- Your cookie choice: 13 months in your browser. Then we ask again.
- Technical data: the hosting and font providers keep it only for short periods, to deliver the site and keep it secure, under their own terms.
Who receives the data
We don't sell or share your data with anyone. Only the providers we need to run the site have access to it:
- Google (Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC): Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (analytics only with your consent), Google Fonts and email (Google Workspace).
- Amazon Web Services: hosting and delivery of the site.
We may also disclose data to authorities and courts when the law requires it.
International transfers
Google and Amazon Web Services may process data in the United States. Google LLC and Amazon Web Services, Inc. participate in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission's adequacy decision of 10 July 2023 recognises as providing an adequate level of protection. Their contracts also include the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. You can check the participating companies at dataprivacyframework.gov.
Your rights
You can exercise these rights over your data at any time:
- Access: find out what data about you we process.
- Rectification: correct data that is inaccurate.
- Erasure: ask us to delete it.
- Objection: object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Restriction: ask us, in certain cases, to keep it without using it.
- Portability: receive it in a commonly used format.
- Withdraw your consent anytime, without affecting what was processed before. For analytics, just open "Cookie settings" and choose Reject.
To exercise your rights, email info@thinkbiglabs.io and tell us which one. If we have reasonable doubts about your identity, we may ask for what we need to confirm it. We'll reply within one month, which the law allows us to extend for complex requests.
Complaints to the AEPD
If you think we haven't handled your data properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, AEPD) at www.aepd.es. If you prefer, write to us first and we'll try to sort it out.
Security and children
The site is always served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). It isn't aimed at children under 14, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If the change affects cookies, we'll ask for your choice again.
